DESCRIPTION

Project administrators are administrative professionals who assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of assigned business projects under the supervision of a project manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in administrative functions of project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout. Projects are typically outlined with specific guidelines to be followed.
  • Make travel arrangements including processing of travel related documents (booking of flights and accomodation; application of visa; process travel approval documentation etc.)
  • Work efficiently and effectively with external travel and hotel agencies to negotiate for good corporate rates
  • Maintain proper organization and storage of documents (including project documentation and information)
  • Provide logistics control and support
  • Provide admin support to the department and undertake any other ad hoc projects/duties assigned

QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • 1-2 years of experience in services company
  • Excellent english communication skills, written and spoken
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Must adapt well to a changing environment
  • Ability to organize and multi-tasks
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
